Is it obvious when breach babies turn?

Hi I'm 32 weeks pregnant, at my midwife appointment last week (31 weeks) she confirmed baby was breach and his head was directly under my ribs

I can still feel the lump under my ribs and was wondering how obvious it was when / if baby turns?

I was really worried about a c-section and really did not want one but I ended up having 3 - all for different reasons. Whilst I can't compare to a 'normal' birth I found them all very positive experiences once I got over my mental block and the recovery was not too bad either.
