Hello! FTM here, due in Feb and feeling a little unprepared with the lack of antenatal classes available - I think I’d rather buy some books than spend even more time on Zoom than I already do for work!
Does anybody have any good recommendations that cover the basics for baby’s first year? I’m basically looking for an instruction manual if such a thing exists 
Had a few recommendations for Your Baby Week by Week already but a lot of the online reviews say some of the advice is outdated.
Any recommendations for something up to date? I feel like I’ve read so much about pregnancy and nothing at all about what to do afterwards!
