Sickness worsening + headaches at 10 weeks

Hello,
I’ve posted before at how rough I’ve been feeling during first trimester after long awaited ivf pregnancy - because of that I feel bad complaining as it’s what I’ve wanted for over 3 years. But...
I’m 10+4 now. Did anyone else’s morning/all day sickness get worse at 10 weeks. It’s really notched up a level and I had to take day off work yesterday as I’m literally mouth open, watery mouth nauseous 24/7.
I’ve also had a headache every day for past week. Trying to up my water levels but I drink loads anyway. Was really hoping it was going to start to improve.
Dizziness has luckily gone - I had about 3 weeks of that.
Any tips for headaches?
Thanks 😘 Xx

I really feel for you, I’m 7+6 and the nausea has ramped up for me as well. This weekend I felt okay for the first time in weeks and then Sunday night hit me like a ton of bricks. When I’ve not been at my home desk I’ve been in bed I feel that bad. Seems to be worse at night the last few nights.
Hope you start to get some respite soon.

My sickness and nausea seemed to get better around 9 but then a lot worse around 10 weeks. I am now 11+5 and I feel like its getting better again. Hopefully will be the same for you :)

@croft85 I get the bad headaches too i'm 10 weeks today. Nausea has thank god eased an awful lots but it does come and go. The only thing that gets rid of my headaches is 2 paracetamol and lie down in a dark room with a cold cloth on my head. Hope it eases for you soon and congrats x

Hi @croft85,
So sorry to hear you're feeling really rough.
Just wanted to let you know that I was really similar, my sickness was at peak grimness and I was getting regular headaches and, even worse, migraines between 9 to 11 weeks.
I'm 13 weeks today and feel like a whole new woman! I have energy and can eat and drink whatever I want without being sick.
Hang in there, hopefully you'll come out of the other side soon and it'll all be worth it xx

I also thought things were getting better at 9 weeks but week 10 was definitely the worst. Things have eased off during the day but from 4pm I just deteriorate into a miserable nauseous ball... 11 weeks today and really hoping I get some relief soon but it doesn’t appear to be going anywhere.

Thanks so much everyone. I’ve just been a bit surprised that it could actually get any worse! For those going through it now I hope we all get relief soon, it’s so draining.
Yes I’d describe the headaches as migraine like - I’m a sufferer of them anyway, these aren’t as bad but they are definitely lie in a dark room and sleep headaches.
Glad to hear of the ladies that feel like different women in their second trimester, can’t wait for that! Fingers crossed.
Love to all my sicky pals xx
