Consistent elevated temp but not a fever?

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and keep finding myself with an elevated temperature (between 37.2-37.6) for the last week or so. Not high enough for it to be a fever or need a covid test but definitely higher than normal. I know you can have an elevated temperature in pregnancy but this does seem on the high side? No obvious cold, flu or covid symptoms or any other reason for a temp.

I had a big bleed on Saturday but had a scan this morning and all was good with no obvious reason for the bleed. I didn't see a midwife or Dr so couldn't ask about my temperature.

Has anyone else noticed they have a higher temp while pregnant, should I be concerned? I'm not sure if a gp would think I'm being ridiculous if I rang up!

I'd definitely call and ask for advice - 111, if not your gp.

You do tend to be warmer when pregnant, but you could also have a mild infection, eg uti, which would be better caught early.

Thanks @FireflyGirl, I've noticed a bit if pain when I pee this afternoon so it could be a uti. Rang the gp and no appointments today so will have to ring again in the morning.

I know the upper limit is given as 37.5 but unless your temp is above 38 the GP won't be interested. If you feel well otherwise then I wouldn't be concerned. Make sure you are well hydrated with water or similar.
