Has anyone else experienced this?

I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow. It's a mixture of feeling hungry as if I'll pass out unless I eat and walking a lot. Didn't have this with my first. Not pleasant at all!

@abitfunny Yes I get dizzy when I stand up, worse is when I get up to wee middle of the night. I had my booking appointments last week and my blood pressure was OK at that but she said it could be low blood pressure (which I know I have sometimes) or low iron. So now Ive started taking these:

Im somewhere between 10-11 weeks now.

@abitfunny I'm just over 9 weeks and have suffered with this since day 1, I saw my mw last week and I have really low blood pressure which explains this!

It’s very normal and often due to low blood pressure (which other than drinking water you can’t do very much about!)

I am the same. I first felt dizzy and as if I was going to faint 4 days before my BFP. Low blood pressure sounds right.

Thanks ladies. This adds up because I've always had low blood pressure.
