Is this another miscarriage?

5w2d today and second pregnancy after an early miscarriage in July.

This morning I have had a couple of wipes of red blood and feel crampy in my vagina and maybe little bit in back.

It hasn't progressed into full on period yet and when I took a CB digital it still says 3+. I guess this is probably another early miscarriage though? Thoughts?

Hi OP, no it does not always mean that. I had a bleed last weekend at 14 weeks after fainting, went EPAU and all was ok.

It can go either way from what you describe (fresh blood, cramping). A test will still be positive for sometime even after everything has been expelled from the uterus. You can either wait a week and monitor symptoms (any further bleeding, cramping) or you can attend a EPU. They may or may not scan you at this time. Best of luck!
