Just a bit of advice please. It’s 11 years since I had my DS2 so I know ML has changed since then. I want to start my ML on my due date as it’s at the end of a 2week school holiday. But when I had DS2 I am sure I was told that I had to start ML the Sunday before baby was due. So for instance I’m due Saturday 10th April, so this would mean I would have to start ML Sunday 4th April. Is this still correct? Thanks x

I’ve not heard of that before. I’m in the public sector and my mat leave started the day baby was born (both of mine were early). When I put a provisional date in to start there was no mention of it being on a particular day of the week.

Where I work this is what I had to do. I wanted to take it on my due date but I had to start it the Sunday before. I think it depends where you work x

Thanks, I thought it had changed. Luckily EDD is at the end of the Easter holidays so means I can start ML on EDD abut finish 2weeks before.
