Sore throat and cough

I'm 17 weeks pregnant and I can't get threw to any of my doctors I have a really nasty cough and sore throat and can barely talk I am wondering what I can do or take to help soothe my throat?

Honey and lemon drink, simple linctus cough syrup, paracetamol.
If you are coughing have you booked a covid test?

Cough lozenges like Soothers are ok to have when pregnant
