Hi, I am 15 weeks pregnant and still getting awful bloating and trapped wind and its starting to take over my life.
From about 3pm everyday I start to get horrible trapped wind that I can’t shift and seem to spend most of my evenings on the sofa in pain because of it. I have brought it up with my midwife but she has just said that trapped wind is normal (which I get but i am currently spending more time trying to get rid of it then just living life). I have tried drinking more water, more fibre, exercise, peppermint tea, yoga poses but still everyday it’s the same. Has anyone had the same and have any tips or tricks for me to try and get through my day to day?
