Hi all,
I am currently 19 weeks and so far I have put about 10lbs on. Is this normal? I have read that you put on the most after 20 weeks and that "normal" weight gain is about 2 stone...so obviously I am worried that I am going to put on a lot more. I eat sensibly, probably could exercise a bit more and thought that I was doing ok. Yes I know that it is normal to put on weight...and as long as baby is ok that is all that matters, but at the minute I am at the stage where own clothes are too tight and maternity wear is massive...it is just annoying! Lol! Any advice? Thank you.
