When would you call the GP

I'm currently about 33 weeks pregnant and DD has brought a lovely common cold from school. She now fine but I have court it and its knocked me for six. Its sitting on my chest and because the bump is kicking my diaphragm I'm whizzing like a set of bagpipes. When would you call the GP to see if its developed into a chest infection.

No harm in calling now- they can diagnose you, it isn’t for you to guess. Hopefully not
