Spotting or Misscarriage?

I am about 6 weeks pregnant, today i have woken and all day have been bleeding like a normal period, no pain and no clots. i have rung the GP who advised to monitor the bleeding and do another pregnancy test in 2 weeks but i am so worried. Please help?

Oh how worrying, I can understand GP saying just do another test in 2 weeks but that’s not very helpful. Maybe consider going for a private scan to check

I believe they can do a scan at 6 weeks but it isn't certain that they'd pick something up that early.

I'm in a similar position to you. I'm 6+1 today, been spotting for the past week but today started bleeding pretty heavily. I've also had clots though. Called the EPU and they've said it sounds like a miscarriage and to wait it out and test again in 2 weeks.
