Need help - UTI 11 weeks

Hi all
So i have been one sided back pain and headaches for last few weeks which I thought are probably common pregnancy symptoms until this morning when i rang my MW and she asked me to provide urine samples. She said it could be a UTI but have to wait till results get back. I’m feeling so anxious now that maybe i left it too late to raise it with the MW! I hope everything is okay. Has anyone else had a UTI picked up late due to no symptoms? This is our 4th pregnancy after 3 miscarriages! Please i need some reassurance :( Has anyone had this and all was fine.

Yes me! Please don’t worry. I had a high temperature but no UTI symptoms at all when I was 6 weeks but turned out I had a bad infection. I felt terrible my entire pregnancy that I’d caused my son harm by not picking it up quickly but he was fine. I went on to have another 3 with no real symptoms. I think they are really common.
