Low platelets - taking tinzaparin

My platelets has gone from 200 to 130 and the midwife wants to repeat the bloods done to see what the reading is. I take tinzaparin due to having a blood clotting problem (factor v Leiden) and have read that heparin can cause decreased platelets. Has this happened to anyone? Do low platelets effect the baby now? What did you do to stop the platelets decreasing? I also have a low lying placenta and will have a c section in 7 weeks time, v worried I will have to be put to sleep/risk of bleeding.
