I am 5’9. Have googled but getting conflicting info- some sources saying 75cm if you’re over 5’8, some saying over 5’10.

I am 5"6 and have 65cm but had to let air out of mine as my feet weren't flat on the floor at 65cm.

If you're unsure maybe just get the 75 and then you have the option to deflate/inflate as needed?

Thank you that’s an idea I hadnt though of, but wouldn’t the ball be too soft if I didn’t inflate all the way?

I'm not sure how much I actually deflated mine by, I haven't measured it since I just went off how I felt sat on it but I do prefer it squishier compared to when it was hard and I couldn't reach the floor properly

It feels easier and safer to balance - or that could just be because my feet reach the floor properly now 😆

I’m same height as u and asked the same question a while back, was advised to get 75, got one and definitely wouldn’t have wanted the smaller so go for the 75cm

I bought mine from Amazon and the attached photo was the guidance I was given. I'm 5'6" with long legs and the 65cm is perfect

@Pinktruffle exactly that says 5’12 for the 75cm one but Baby Centre says 5’9 :/

@Bettie2192 personally I would go with the manufacturers guidance over the Baby Centre. If you get it from somewhere like Amazon, you can always exchange it if it's wrong? Or get both and return the one that's not right? Mine was £12 so getting 2 isn't going to break the bank for most people.

Found one on amazon with good reviews and it suggested 75cm for over 5’8 which matches what I’ve read on pretty much every baby website so went with that 👍
