Boob pain, help!!

Hi all ☺️

I'm currently 4/5 weeks pregannt and omg my boobs are so painful! This is my only symptom but they're getting worse... Cannot describe the pain😣 gets worse in cold air, they just feel heavy and uncomfortable.

Any suggestions on how to ease this?!

Is this your first pregnancy?

Mine were so sore at that stage with DC1. They grew loads in the first trimester and it hurt like mad!

This is my second pregnancy and they haven’t been bad at all.

Can you get some soft, wire free crop tops or even go bra free for a bit?

It gets better in the second trimester. Just do what you can to feel better.

I had a miscarriage VERY early a few years ago, this is my first pregnancy to last this long... They look like they've grown and I was already a 34FF😫 just hope it calms down soon!
