Hematoma in early weeks

As title says I've had bleeding on and off for last week.
Had a scan at epu and saw baby and heartbeat but also shows a large hematoma which is possible the reason why I'm bleeding..
I'm so worried about this causing a miscarriage.
Has anyone experienced this.

I had one showing- no blood but some brown discharge. Was told there is more to come. I had no more but at the. Ext scan it was gone. They said it can sometimes just go.

I had a massive one (30cm squared) and bled extensively from 5-16 weeks. It was terrifying at the time but I’m now nearly 35 weeks and baby is fine!
