Anyone got any tips for dealing with insomnia?

I’m 10 weeks, still dealing with nausea and exhaustion, but also struggling with insomnia every night. I go to sleep fine, but stir a bit more than usual. Then I wake around 4, go to the loo and it takes at least an hour to go back to sleep. Then alarm goes at 6.30 for work, which is a killer!

Any top tips? Never had much trouble sleeping in my first pregnancy and I didn’t know how good I had it!

Afraid I haven’t managed to shake it this pregnancy either..... but it’s less bad if I avoid drinking in the hour before bed and make sure the last thing I do before sleep is have a wee.
