Hi everyone, I’ve been booked in for an induction on Monday as they are concerned about babies growth. I will be 39+2 and this is my first baby. Anyone that’s been induced with any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Also anyone that’s been induced whilst COVID restrictions are in place how did you find it? Is there anything you wished you had done different? Thanks in advance

Hope you get lots of different tips - my main one is that you should be prepared for it to take a while! Depending on what your cervix is like to start with, it can take a couple of days before you even get into labour sometimes. Take books/magazines/laptop. And snacks :) good luck!

Take lots of snacks. It took me 5 days to have dd from the first pessary.
Good luck.
