I am 5 weeks pregnant and both last night and this morning I have had very watery bright red blood when I wipe. The blood in the toilet is watery droplets rather than any kind of tissue. I have had no bad pain or cramping with it. Anybody know what could be causing this or what I should do? I am very concerned. Thanks x

I had this and all was OK, it was a SCH. My maternity hospital saw me and scanned me straight away, and again a week later to see heartbeat.

Best of luck, hope all goes OK Flowers

Call your GP and ask if you can be referred to the EPU for a scan. You may be too early to detect a heartbeat but it’s worth going if it can put your mind at rest. Fingers crossed everything is ok for you
