Early pregnancy scan

Hi so attended emergency room 2days ago with pain and a little bleeding.Im 8weeks going from last period but wouldn't be regular they took bloods hcg2000 and scanned me but couldn't see sac on scan so thought it cud b ectopic went back today for bloods which they didn't do but they did scan me me and found an embryo and sac but no heart beat must wait another week to be scanned again I'm either MC or extremely early any one in this situation before ??

@STEF1986 my experience was similar but did not ended well for me unfortunately.
But on the other hand many many ladies have had also a similar experience and it was just common early pregnancy bleeding. And went on to have healthy pregnancies...

Has your bleeding/spotting stopped? Do you still get cramps?

As long as it doesn't get like a period, i would remain positive!

It's coming and going really and cramping a little too but still have a lot of pregnancy symptoms also
