Excruciating back pain

Hey guys. I'm at my wits end right now. I'm almost 5 weeks and I've had terrible back pain which got progressively worse yesterday and today is so bad I can't move out of bed or walk upright. Whenever I move I get spasms up and down my spine.. so bad it makes everything go dark for a moment if that makes sense.

I really don't know what to do, my useless doctors still haven't called me back, even after I called 111 and they sent a referral over, and I can't take anything. I'm desperate to take ibuprofen but I can't.
Has anyone got any advice? Please?

Go to A&E. This could be a serious pregnancy related issue, but could also be non pregnancy related.
If you have an ectopic pregnancy this is an emergency. Please go now

Thanks for your reply. I spoke to my GP, referred to EPU, who booked me in for next week but weren't too concerned because it didn't sound like a MC or ectopic. Couple days on it's very gradually a bit easier, went to see a chiropractor today who says I have a twisted pelvis because of the pregnancy which is causing my pain. Fx she can help me sort it out.
