Lost my NHS letter

Hello All,
I really hope someone can help me. I had received a letter from the NHS at the beginning of my pregnancy inviting me to attend an appointment with a consultant sometimes in October.

I must have put the letter in a "safe place" back in June/July and now cannot remember where I put it.

Is there someone I can call who can tell me exactly when and where my appointment is? Perhaps the midwife or the pregnancy unit at the hospital or my GP? This is my first pregnancy in the UK , so this is all new to me.

Many thanks in advance!

Ring up the hospital & they can tell you

There should be contact numbers in your pregnancy notes. If there’s a number for antenatal clinic ring that, if not ring triage or your community midwife.

You should have either been given some hand held notes or a link to an app for your pregnancy notes when you had your first appointment with a midwife, the contact numbers are on your notes.

My consultant appointments were always in the day assessment unit DAU so try ringing them. The numbers should all be on the front of your notes somewhere

Thanks everyone. I will go through my notes as soon as possible.
