Im currently 23 weeks and working from home and will be until I go on mat leave in December. Im finding it so hard to not keep getting up and eating all the time. Has anyone got any tips?

Its not even like I have a lot of junk in the house but I just feel like I am going to end up the size of a house.

Ya I was like that for my second trimester.

Now I’m in my third and I’m worried because I can’t eat anything or I feel so uncomfortably full . It’s like one extreme to the next 😔

No tips ! Enjoy it 😝 I miss the second trimester eating

I'm with pp! I miss being able to eat a proper meal!
I'm 37+2 and I've gone right off my food or if I do eat the portions are pathetic!
Eat what you like, that's my advice! You'll soon miss it when you feel like the size of a whale!

Get lots of snacks with high water content and low calories... cucumber/carrots/french beans/melon etc... I know it’s not quite as satisfying as other snacks, but might help reduce the calories a bit.
