Struggling with taking tablets

I've been prescribed antibiotics due to a urinal infection and iron tablets.
I'm 10 weeks tomorrow I've been struggling taking tablets and liquid.
Makes me sick.
What can the doctor suggest if I cant take tablets or liquid?

There are gummies you can take if they're any better

I found yoghurt drinks (if you can stomach them) made taking pills bearable, rather than just water.

My mom used to crush mine and then mix them with sugar and a little milk to wash them down, before I learnt to swallow tablets.
