My nausea tends to gets worst during the night and I wake up feeling seasick. I've got some ginger biscuits to nibble on by my bed but they stick to my teeth and leave a horrible aftertaste. Has anyone got any suggestions of better things to snack on during the night please?

I know it sounds bizarre, but try dunking them in water. That's what I used to do.

I found plain digestives were better this time round.

Crisps got me through those times - unsalted or salt & vinegar were my favourites

I kept bags in my car, desk, bedroom - so they were never far away in an emergency! X

I'd love to know what others suggest. I have been nauseous in the night, and I'm only 7+5 weeks but last night I was just SO hungry at 3am! It's such a crazy feeling. I don't really want to eat in the middle of the night... 🙈

I lived off go ahead bars in my first trimester x

Pom bears are my saving grace in the night!!!

Another vote for digestives or rich tea.
My husband used to laugh at me rustling around with a pack of biscuits at 3am 😅

I kept some ready salted crisps beside my bed and ate them through the night and before I got up in the morning.

My husband would bring me a banana in bed. Not a euphemism 😂 it helped.
