Anyone else had problems with a sore hip/thigh?

I'm 32 weeks and whenever I wake up during the night or in the morning I've got a sore hip/top of thigh - so much so that it hurts to put weight on my right leg to get out of bed.
It doesn't matter whether I sleep on my back with a load of pillows (to stop the heartburn!) or on either side
Has anyone else had this and managed to get rid of it?

Have you tried a pillow between your knees in order to keep your hips square?

I had it but sorry, I didn't find anything that made it better. The only thing I could do was get up and walk around to ease it. Not much help I know, just wanted to let you know you weren't alone!

Yup!

Have tried a thin pillow, a fat cushion and also have a wedge pillow for under my bump!

I had this on both hips when I was pregnant and found putting a spare quilt under the sheet to lie on did help a bit. However the only thing that really helped was having the baby so the nerve endings stopped being so sensitive!
