Bleeding at 13 weeks

So I am 13 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I had my 12 week scan last week and everything was fine, baby perfectly healthy.
But this morning I woke up heavy bleeding. No clots, no pain, no cramps or anything.
Has anyone ever experienced something like this? Or anyone know why this could be happening?

@Amjk Hey! I've not had this but I'd definitely contact your midwife just to get the relevant checks.

Did you have bloods done at your booking appointment? Double check if you need the Anti D injection because as your bleeding, I'm sure you'll need it.

I've had big bleeds that are something and big bleeds that are nothing. I would call your midwife straight away and get seen if possible. Good luck x

Yeah the bleeding seems to have stopped, but I’m at A&E now. Will find out soon I guess 🤞🙏

Hi. I had a sudden gush of blood at 12 weeks. Baby was fine (I'm 20 + 5 now). They don't know what caused it after ultrasound and speculum.
Hope you are ok.

I’m obsessed with watching pregnancy update videos on YouTube. One I watched yesterday was a girl at 12 weeks woke up in a puddle of blood, it eventually stopped and she got checked out. Turns out it was maybe a burst blood vessel of her cervix that can happen if you’re doing too much or after sex etc.

Update
Well the bleeding stopped the same day and turned into brownish discharge.
I have my scan scheduled today at 11:50 so will find out then! 🤞🙏

Good luck OP. Hope everything turns out well. I know it's not always nothing for everyone, but I had some heavy bleeding around 9 weeks with my dd, she's now 2 and a half.

I had the scan baby was fine moving so much, saw the heartbeat and perfectly healthy 🙏
They couldn’t find a reason for the bleeding
