Maternity leggings

I haven’t worn leggings since I was 13 as I hate them but everyone keeps telling me how great they are during pregnancy. I bought some from boohoo.com but they’re so baggy and see through they’re unwearable. Does anyone know of any really good quality thick maternity leggings, I don’t want to waste more money on tat

I really liked the JoJo Maman Bebe cropped leggings. They also have regular length ones which I imagine would be good for winter (they were too long for me unfortunately as I’ve got short legs).

Asda george... really comfy and not see through

Another H&M vote - I'm wearing them now!

Boohoo were my first purchase too. They're really, really bad!

In my first pregnancy I bought jojo maman Bebe leggings and they were amazing. Loads of space for bump. Really really thick, no way they'd ever go see through and they lasted brilliantly. I wore them loads when post partum as well as they were very soft and comfy.

3 1/2 years on and they've been worn as pjs and lounge pants the whole time and finally fell apart a few months into my second pregnancy!

Another H&M vote here :)
Although if you don't normally like leggings maybe jeggins are a better idea? or just maternity jeans? I also have some great maternity skinny jeans from H&M.

How early do you reckon you can start wearing maternity leggings? I'm only 10wks and have lost nearly 1kg since BFP but so bloated that my jeans are too tight! All my leggings are sport ones with tummy control - really uncomfortable and make me feel sick pushing on my tummy. Will maternity leggings work now? Or will they be baggy (definitely no bump this early - it's all bloat!)

From about 30 seconds after you've POAS and then for about 5/6 years after.

I bought H&M maternity leggings first. They are good but the legs are very long. I’m 5’4 so for me they are fine for around the house but not for out and about.
I bought love leggings maternity, petite last week and I love (leggings) them. I haven’t washed them yet so I can’t comment on how well they last, but size, thickness and comfort I’m very pleased.

I wear H&M ones usually. I see lidl are selling maternity ones from Thursday but not sure what they'll be like

Yes Grin

H&M leggings are good. As are new look, although they're a bit thinner. Good for wearing with long tops though. Going to check out love leggings now.

Don't bother with anything from boohoo, the quality is atrocious.
