Am I pregnant

I have done all of these tests and they are all positive but I started bleeding two days ago it is on and off sometimes very light and barley noticeable and sometimes heavier but nothing major I went to the hospital they tested my wee and I have a kidney infection and they think that’s why the bleeding is but I’m not sure if they did a pregnancy test I told them I have done 3 and they are all faint positives and I did one last night and it’s still the same (the 2 with the thinner lines in I did a few days/week ago the more thick one is the one I did around 1am last night it shown the line straight away as did the other 2)

Last nights test edited in 3 ways on a pregnancy test checker app so everyone can see what I see as my camera don’t pick it up so good

Frers are the best imo, I've had false positives on blue dye tests before.

It looks like a positive to me 😊 congratulations.
The bleeding is probably implantation bleeding, test again tomorrow and see what the lines show, it may just be faint because you're only in the very early stages of pregnancy

I’ve been told to test in 5 days 2 days ago so 3 days to go now they said if it’s negative I’ve had early miscarriage but this morning I had a mega itchy nipple like I’ve never had before so I don’t think I’d still be getting weird symptoms if it was a miscarriage I’m just trying to keep my hopes up x

Are you late coming on your period?
I tested the day before my MP and it was a faint line like yours xx

My period was supposed to be due today I started bleeding on Thursday and it’s pretty much stopped now x

So I did another test anddd.....
but did a pink dye and it was negative this morning help?

It looks like a positive to me 🤷🏼‍♀️ I really don't know.
This was mine, the small one I did first was a cheap one and the bigger one is a frer and the line is a lot fainter xx
