I am currently 7+4 weeks pregnant. I can barely eat anything!! I only want to eat foods that are sweet. I am totally put off any food that is salty therefore, I am barely eating anything. I just don't know what to do. Any tips or advice will be appreciated TIA xxx

It’s normal for the first trimester. Eat what you fancy.

Yep it’s normal to have phases and they usually pass.

Try to make sure you get your pregnancy vitamins and drink lots of water - your water requirement will dramatically go up this trimester! It’s v easy to get dehydrated.

I have a pint Of water first thing in the morning Before I do anything, and it helps me avoid the aching heavy tiredness that dehydration causes x

There's lots of food that is neither sweet nor salty...? How about potatoes, veg, bread and butter, home-made soup without too much salty stock, eggs, chicken, noodles, pasta...

Don’t worry @Babymummy777 I was exactly the same, I lived on carbs and sugar, everything else made me sick. My midwife said as long as I’m hydrated that’s the main thing and to incorporate other foods when I feel able to.
