9 weeks...Anyone else feel like this is the worst part?

So currently 9 weeks pregnant with DC1. Nausea without actually being sick and VERY tired.
Waiting til 12 Week scan before telling family and friends so only people who know are me, DH, midwife and my manager (had to let her know as scan day is a working day for me).

It just SUCKS as people ask how I am and I really want to say "Not great, tired and feeling sick..." which would give the game away so I'm just saying "oh just plodding along".

Sneaky feeling MIL might suspect something as we couldn't visit them a couple of weekends ago as I was feeling just terrible. Also been avoiding cups of tea when I've been there recently.

Anyone else feel this as well?

I'm 9 weeks with DC2, didn't have any sickness/nausea with DS1 only tiredness so this time I was shocked when I hit 5 weeks just how sick and unwell I felt. It's really hard work feeling so awful all the time, I have told my family as it's nice to have the support, are you sure you don't want to tell maybe just parents? Totally understand it's a very private and individual decision but it may take pressure off keeping up appearances xx

I am very tempted to. Get the feeling MIL already suspects something. Will see what DH says.
Got a meeting with my supervisor this afternoon and tempted to tell her as I'm just struggling to concentrate when I'm WFH.

I know both will be discrete though. Just need a hand to hold for work I guess.
