Anybody know what these are?

My 10 year old daughter has just come to me with these on her arm, she said they've been there a while but she didn't think they were a problem so she hasn't told me about them? She said they don't hurt her. Anybody have any ideas what they might be? I'll be taking her to doctors obviously but just wondering if anyone's seen the same on their children? They are around her arm pit. TIA

@GreyishDays sorry it wouldn't load my pictures I've tried loads of times but we got a Dr's appointment and yes it is what you said it was. Id never heard of it or seen it before. Thankyou x
