Cramps

Morning everyone!
So I'm 33 weeks today and I'm getting cramps at the bottom of my stomach/top of my "foof" 😂 it's like a sharp stabbing pain that lasts a couple of seconds.. tell me this is normal or BH? As I never had that with my first nearly 7 years ago 😂
Also when baby moves now, it genuinely hurts down there and can cause a bit of pressure😩😂

Also.. not to be graphic but the past couple of days my bowel movements have been regular and I haven't been constipated like normal and today they seem a little softer than normal..
