Had it with my first but currently 31+4 with my second and it's unbarable. Hurts even when resting. I have a midwife appointment on Monday however is there anything I can do or buy quickly to help in the mean time? I'm fed up

Get to the physio and ask for a belt
Keep your knees together
Put a pillow between your knees in bed
Put a plastic bag in the car seat and swivel out, two feet on the street and pull yourself up
Feeding pillow is good too

I was in agony - physio told me that when I got back to the war after giving birth I wouldn't even remember having it - she was right. It disappeared like magic and I know of loads of others it happened to.

Thanks, I do all this apart from using a belt. I'll ask for one. I don't remember it being so bad with my first, I feel old!!
