Wee leaking out

Looking for some advice from seasoned Mumsnetters Smile
Pregnant (32 weeks) with second child....first C-sec, no problems with pelvic floor during or after birth.

Now I seem to be having wee leaking out in second pregnancy SadBlush I don't feel it happening but can tell by the smell! It's not loads but def comes out! I have been extra desperate for the loo as I've got more pregnant but this is a first for me!
I can totally suck this up and deal with it as part and parcel of pregnancy BUT my massive worry is will this continue after birth?? Hmm I am desperately hoping not but not sure if it will just stop!?
Any ideas?!

The same happened with my second pregnancy.

soon after the birth I was getting into the bath and my bladder completely emptied, I was petrified It was going to be a permanent thing.

Luckily it wasn’t and glad to say the issues went away after a few weeks of pelvic floor exercises etc

A few days after giving birth to dc2 I had a coughing fit and full on pissed myself. It got better! I wouldn't go on a trampoline and have recently discovered that star jumps are a big no (thanks to pe with Joe!) but I don't just randomly leak.

Make sure you keep doing your pelvic floor exercises religiously.

Thank you both so much for replying!
Did you start your Pelvic floor exercises before birth??

I did them after pregnancy, only because I didn’t think to actually do them whilst pregnant!

Do them while pregnant - and restart the day of the birth (well try to!) - best advice I was ever given!!!!!

I'm 33 weeks and having the same problem it started around 27 weeks it was after I had a bartholin cyst surgically removed now I have to wear a sanitary pad everyday I'm hoping it changes when the baby comes.
I'm often left questioning myself is it wee or is it amniotic fluid as with my first child my waters were leaking for over a week and I didn't realise so being overly cautious
Also this didn't happen in my first pregnancy x

The NHS squeezy app is good for pelvic floor exercises (although not free) - a how to, and reminder to do them. It can take a few months to notice a difference.

Omg I had this too with second pregnancy. U remember walking up the road at about 8 months with wee streaming down my leg. I also had an enormous lump in my groin that was a varicose vein. Dr said "some get piles & some get the same elsewhere" she was quite dismissive of it. It put me off having any more babies. It cleared up after the birth but I was really worried that if I had another one I might be left like that permanently.

Yup, had this. Currently pregnant with my third. Sneezed and had to get oh to watch kids so I could take a shower and change. It's so unglamorous.
