FTM here. I'm 40 weeks pregnant and I had a stretch and sweep on Monday morning, midwife says cervix is 1cm dilated and it's still 2-3cm long.
I've had a few cramps but I have Not had any other signs like losing mucus plug or spotting etc. So can only assume it didn't work
Any advice on how to get baby moving?
