Eating in the third trimester

How has everyone's eating habits changed in the third trimester if at all? I'm 27 weeks so not quite there yet but I just ate a few croquets and chips and I felt sooo full and I just threw it all up! Do I need to try and eat smaller quantities? Not sure if this was just a one off or if everything pushing on my belly is making it harder to eat and keep food down

Oh my days I was just about to post about eating in third trimester!
I haven't been able to eat properly for weeks now. I've had to reduce my portion in take as I just cannot manage a proper meal anymore.
It's now at the point where just the thought of a meal makes me want to throw up! It's a horrible feeling!
I'm 36 weeks and decided I'm just going to try and just snack throughout the day and not eat a 'meal' anymore.
I just can't handle it! It's a total shocker as I've stuffed my face all the way through my pregnancy but that's all changed now!
Oh and then there's the heartburn when you do eat! 😫😫😫
(Yes I'm feeling very sorry for myself today!)

During the 3rd trimester of both of my pregnancies, I barely had an appetite, massively so during the final month. I just made sure to eat the healthiest things I could and drank a lot of water. Eating was definitely a chore.

Yeah I needed to eat much smaller meals towards the end. Last meal needed to be about 4 hours before bed as the heartburn was so bad. The heartburn was terrible anyway but if I ate too close to bed it was much worse. I also couldn't lay down on the sofa in the evening like the first 2 trimesters.

I used to munch on frozen blueberries during the day. That was nice. Somtimes put it in yoghurt and blended it. That was even nicer!

My appetite is going less as I go further into third trimester. Happened last time too. Cravings for healthy food, off sweets!

I am completely opposite 🙈 I am 31 weeks, and I am always so hungry, much more so than in second trimester. Have to eat slightly smaller portions though as everything is more squashed.
