Just started bleeding in the last hour, out of the blue, no cramping nothing. I rang EPU and they have booked me in for a scan tomorrow morning at 8am. I am so stressed. Anyone else been in this position with a good outcome? 😭

I've not (I'm 6+3) but thinking of you Flowers Hope the scan goes well and everything is OK.

No advice I'm afraid but I'm in a similar position. I've been bleeding on and off since Sunday night. I'm only 5 weeks though and can't be scanned at my local EPU until 6 weeks so have booked me in for Saturday morning which is not going to be a nice wait! I hope everything goes ok for you tomorrow with your scan. Please come back and let us know how it goes xx

@Maybe3ornot bleeding can be completely normal. What's the bleeding like?

Rodent01 · 01/09/2020 20:11

Had a random bleed at 8 weeks after seeing a heartbeat at 7 and it was just a sub-wotsit-haematoma.

It could still be fine!

Yes. Bleeding from 7-12 weeks with DD, who is now 2.5. It was very stressful but the rest of the pregnancy after the first trimester and the birth was easier.
I also had bleeding in two unsuccessful pregnancies but the bleeds didn’t signal or cause the end of those either - that was a different issue. I just seemed to be someone prone to bleeding.

Maybe3ornot · 01/09/2020 21:10

@Lollol86 it’s tiny bit of red blood on pad but when wipe it’s a pink/red mark on paper. Never had anything like this in previous two pregnancies. It’s felt quite swollen down there for a few days now, just put it down to increased blood flow.

@Maybe3ornot it can go one of 2 ways, the good thing is it's not much and you aren't haven't any cramping. I'm really hoping everything is ok for you x

Just got back. Baby is fine, strong heartbeat and is well tucked in. What a relief. Apparently it’s just one of those things, bleed could of been from another part of womb.

Phew! So pleased for you!

@Maybe3ornot amazing news thank you for updating us xx

I've had good and bad outcomes. My very small bleeds have been bad outcomes, as well as no bleeding at all for some of my pregnancies resulting in bad outcomes, but absolutely enormous bleeds with huge clots have been good - currently 28 weeks pregnant after a gruelling 1st trimester due to a haematoma.

Wishing you loads of luck tomorrow.
