Birthing ball size

Just wondering what I should get? Read that cheaper exercise/gym balls are softer than birthing balls so should really splash out for the real deal? Also I’m between 5’8” and 5’9” and the size guide says get 65cm if 5’8” or shorter and get 75cm if 5’9” or taller, which should I get? Thanks

I’m 5’2 and got a 75cm one the other day and it seems small but will do I guess, think my sisters one was a lot bigger though and she’s 4’11 lol

I just used a cheap gym ball I found on Amazon (think it was £6) and it was grand! I'd go for the bigger one

I'm 5ft 9 and got the 75cm, I would say its perfect size. At first it felt quite tall but the ball stretches a bit at first. The one I got had a guide for your height and then the advice was to go up a size for pregnancy.

Go for the bigger one - I’m the same height and have been given a smaller one so now feel it’s a waste if I buy a bigger one!

I heard at my NCT group that you need one that has your hips higher than your knees, so perhaps go for the bigger one?

Hips need to be higher than knees. I found the sizes never match height, just go for a big one
