Early scan 5+4 I think?? Xx

Hiya all I'm just wondering has any of you had a scan at 5+4?? For some reason early pregnancy unit think I'll be exactly 6 weeks but I've told them the first day of my LMP and they're going by that? Which would make me 5*4 at the time of my early scan, I'm just wondering has anyone had a scan that early and seen anything? I know it's really early but my anxiety is awful , thanks all xx

Congrats first of all! I had a scan at 5+6, it wasnt internal and we saw a 'diamond ring' with a heartbeat!

Hello, I had an early scan as I was bleeding and it was really early (can't remember exactly how far) and nothing could be seen except the yolk sac (I think). Sorry very vague it was a while ago. Everything was fine though and little one is here today x

@Ladybird345 thankyou for your reply! Yeah I've read that happens a lot I just really want to see a heartbeat not having to have to go back 2 weeks later because I had a tiny bleed but my hcg levels are still rising so fingers crossed 🤞 just so anxious and worried xx

@Mumr19 Yeah I remember been really worried. I bled a lot and was having awful cramps. When I was referred to the early pregnancy unit I had two blood tests to check hcg was increasing and one scan to check the pregnancy wasn't ectopic. Once they ruled ectopic out they didn't scan again so I paid for a private early reassurance scan because I was so worried about it and we saw baby there which was so much better. @Ladybird345 I relate to that so much as they thought I was having a ectopic to begin with but my levels were rising, they went from 57 to 279 in 48 hours which they doubled more than they thought they would of so they said they was reassured about it, I've taken loads of tests and my lines are strong strong now! They wouldn't scan me because they said they wouldn't see anything so I've got a scan Thursday and will be 5+4 I think cxx

I had a scan at 5+3and seen a pregnancy sac and a yolk sack.

I had another scan at 5+6 where we seen the foetal pole

And a scan at 6+6 where we seen the heartbeat
