Hi guys, I had an early miscarriage a few weeks ago... My period came about 4 weeks later... all normal, and then 2 weeks later, when I'm supposed to be ovulating, I am having another period... very strange. I was just wondering if anybody had experienced this? Is my body having a clear out?
Me and my partner are ttc so I'm unsure when I would ovulate againfeel like my body is failing me... My hormones are all over the place and my face is a mess
Any help or advice appreciatedx

Really sorry to hear of your miscarriage. Flowers It does sound to me like perhaps you're still shedding your thicker womb lining. I'm sure it can take more than one cycle for your periods to go back to normal. It's great that you are ready to TTC again but try not to worry if your body needs a little longer to settle down first :)

@StaceyW87 sorry for your loss Flowers

I had a miscarriage earlier this year and it took a few months for my cycle to go back to normal, I had my first period about 5 weeks after MC and then another only 17 days later, then it went back to my normal cycle after that. I found it helpful to track ovulation using OPKs because I was also keen to TTC immediately and ovulation was hard to predict/ also a bit irregular.

Thank you, I feel a bit more normal now :-)
I am going to get an OPK to help me out.
@poppy10121 sorry for your loss too, any news on a new pregnancy? X
