My sister in law uses one and said that it’s really good for catching the let down after feeding

Love love love the Haakaa! Way better than any other pump. My electric pump got used a couple of times and then put away. Haakaa is just amazing. Aldi are selling a £4.99 version at the moment. I can get loads out with a Haakaa and is virtually no work at all.

I bought one of these while pregnant with my first. I used it in the beginning but I hated it as a hand pump and used my double medela swing (electric) instead. However, I have since learned that u can use this instead to catch let down on other side so will be using it for that reason when DC2 is born next year x

I haves a haakaa like silicon pump and really like it. It was particularly useful in the first few days when my milk came in and I was engorged. I now use it to collect the letdown on the side not feeding from.

It is seriously useful to put on one breast in the early days to catch the let down whilst you feed from the other one. Nothing is wasted that way and you’ll be surprised how much you’ll get!
