IUI with SSR

Hi, has anyone had IUI with SSR? We have been advised to look into IUI as an option but unsure whether this is something that can be successful with SSR? My partner had a Vasectomy and we are looking into options with the best success rates. If anyone has any stories, would be great to hear! Thank you!

I was always told (by multiple clinics) that doing IUI with frozen sperm, the chances of it being successful were really slim.

They recommend IVF treatment and more specifically ICSI when using frozen sperm.
