Recommendations for online Labour and Birth classes?

NCT but it’s pricey

I found the course offered by The Birth Collective was brilliant. They do regular offers for around~£50 and includes hypnobirthing and yoga as well as everything you need to know about birth.

If you are on Instagram then there are some great midwives and doctors to follow who regularly post links with lots of information.
