I've heard a relaxing room spray is good to take to hospital for the birth - does anyone have any recommendations? x

Neom are great.
All natural too!
A scent to calm and relax or a scent to sleep

Or actually should it be relaxing? Just starting to question myself...would you use a relaxing scent or an energising one to help you through labour? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I really like the ‘This Works’ pillow spray for sleeping - smells lush and is soothing.

I've just ordered the Mio Yoga Space Spray. It's lovely.

I've bought one from Made by Coopers called Calm Spray to use - smells incredible!!

Seems like the general consensus is to go for calm and relaxing scents. I'm also a fan of the This works pillow spray...I suppose it could also be used as a room spray. Neom scents are lovely too!
