Pregnancy symptoms disappeared today at 6 weeks

I am 6 week 1 day pregnant today. Every day since I’ve found out I’ve had sore enlarged breasts. When I woke up this morning I have nothing.
I have had 3 losses in the last 18 months and I’m terribly worried. Does anyone have any stories about disappearing symptoms around this time that could offer me hope?

I think that early it can be a bit hit and miss as to one day you feel better, the next you feel worse etc, it's not an exact thing.

Also, not to sound insensitive but when I had a loss the symptoms went off gradually over the course of a week or so, not just suddenly over one day. ..hth

Just wanted to say I'm thinking of you. After a miscarriage last time, I'm feeling pretty anxious this time around! The worrying is the worst thing.
