Been trying for over a year, then tried SMEP and it's worked first time.

I just can't get over the shock, even though I've been having positive FRERs since Monday so not a complete shock really 😂

Today was the first day of what should have been my period and I've just gotten a 1-2 weeks on a Clear Blue Digital.

This will be my first, all going well I just feel as shocked today as I was on Monday. I have no idea when to phone the Doctors or what to do next (already taking folic acid etc).

Congratulations! Check online to see what you do in your area - here you just self refer to the maternity hospital rather than speak to the GP. You usually have your first appointment with midwife between 8-10 weeks.

Congratulations!
Ring the doctors as soon as you can, they will book you a midwife appointment.
In the mean time just enjoy it 😊 keep taking your folic acid, there wasn't much more I did... the midwife will go through with you what will happen throughout your pregnancy x

@footlooseandfancy

thanks,

quick Google looks like my area might be the same,

wasn't expecting to feel a bit rotten at this stage , 3rd day in a row I've had to ditch the bra at work 🙈

@Cr17

thank you,

it's such an annoying stage , I have a heavy job so I'm trying to hold off telling them but at the same time I don't want to risk anything.
