will sonographer write down baby's sex on screen while takes the measurements?

we mentioned we didn't not want to find baby's sex but when i looked on the health report they sent me afterwords, on screen it says gender: female.
Have they ruined our surprise? If it's not a girl i cant see why else would say sex: female 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️.

The scans for both my kids have my sex at the top, along with name, age, DOB and NHS number. I had assumed that it was a standard box to fill in the ultrasound machine software, as they are used for other investigations as well as pregnancy.

@ImaSababa I don’t understand how respecting all genders is a trap you can fall in to?
