Miscarriage worries?!

Hi, I had my beautiful son back in 2018. I fell pregnant again in September 2019 and miscarried in October 2019. To this miscarriage I woke up in a pile of blood. I then fell pregnant again in May 2020 and miscarried in June but this miscarriage was very different - it was delayed. I have just found out I'm pregnant (around 4-5 weeks). I started spotting a week ago and then it stopped. I was put on hormone pessaries twice a day but the bleeding has started again the past few days. Sometimes red, sometimes pink, sometimes brown. My blood tests came back all okay three times. Has anybody bled during their early stages of pregnancy and went on to have a healthy baby? I don't know if my mind is in overdrive because of my previous miscarries or not. Thanks for any help

You might have a subchorionic haematoma which can bleed quite heavily and be very alarming but doesn't necessarily mean a loss is imminent. I've had several MC as well, I know the anxiety you feel. I have it now! Hoping for the best for you x

I don’t think bleeding at any time during the first trimester is good... you won’t found out for sure until you get an ultrasound. I found out I was pregnant about a month and a half ago at around 7 weeks and when I went to my 12 week ultrasound they didn’t find a heartbeat and I didn’t bleed at all before that :( I wish the best of luck to you though. I don’t wish this pain upon anyone

I had a bleed at 5+5 weeks in my last pregnancy - sudden large bright red blood but then carried on spotting pink and brown for at least a week afterwards. Thought it was a miscarriage but when I got a scan a few days later there was a little heartbeat - she's now 17 months! I had miscarriages in two other pregnancies and didn't have any bleeding at all with either, only found on scans. Good luck x
